About Us:
The Northeast Mississippi Board of REALTORS® serves real estate professionals throughout Northeast Mississippi by providing education, advocacy, MLS services, and professional resources that help members succeed in their businesses and better serve their communities.
Position Summary:
The Northeast Mississippi Board of REALTORS® is seeking a full-time Member Services Coordinator to assist the AE ( Association Executive ) in the day-to-day operations of the Association. This position provides exceptional service to members while supporting administrative, membership, communication, event, MLS, and operational functions.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Serve as a point of contact for members by phone, email, and in person
✔️ Maintain membership records and process applications, dues payments, and membership changes
✔️ Assist members with MLS-related questions and basic troubleshooting
✔️ Assist with Association events, meetings, classes, and special programs
✔️ Prepare and distribute member communications, newsletters, and announcements
✔️ Provide administrative support for the Association Executive and committees
✔️ Maintain office files, databases, and organizational systems
✔️ Assist with social media, website updates, and member engagement initiatives
✔️ Support daily Association operations and special projects
Qualifications:
✔️ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
✔️ Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
✔️ Ability to learn new technology and systems quickly
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience with membership organizations, or office administration
⭐ Experience with CRM systems, databases, or association management software
⭐ Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate terminology
⭐ Experience coordinating events or member programs
Benefits:
🎯 Full-Time Salaried Position
🎯 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🎯 Paid Holidays
🎯 Paid Time Off (PTO)
🎯 $35,000 - $45,000 ( Salary based on experience and qualifications )
