Had this one guy roll up on a bike, looks like he was going to steal my package 📦
Then he realized he was just caught on Ring camera. The package was kind of blocking the camera from street view.
Looks like he is following the FedEx truck.
Just wanted to give a heads up in case someone packages gets stolen and need a good video of this guy.

The typical age of a first-time homebuyer in the U.S. has skyrocketed from 33 in 1985 to 56 in 2025, reflecting the deepening housing affordability crisis. Rising home prices, higher interest rates, and stagnant wages have locked younger generations out of ownership.

Experts say the shift marks one of the most dramatic generational changes in U.S. real estate history. Many Millennials and Gen Z adults are delaying buying homes due to student debt and limited savings.

Older buyers, often with greater financial stability or equity from previous homes, now dominate the market, further squeezing out first-time purchasers.
