We are looking for the right candidates to join our growing Excavation company!

Excavation foreman:
Seeking an individual responsible for over seeing a 3-4 man crew. Coordinating all job site tasks, and materials. Able to read blue prints, and ensuring projects are completed effectively and safely with top of the line production.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

-Lead 3-4 man crew
-Read blue prints
-Coordinate daily jobsite activities and production goals
-Enforce safety
-Performing site layout
-Communicate and coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients.

Qualifications:

- Past excavation / site work experience
- Strong knowledge of blue prints
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid drivers lisence (CDL a plus)

We are looking for the right candidates to join our growing excavation company!

Equipment Operator-
seeking reliable, and dependable experienced excavation operators to join our team. looking for individuals who take pride in your work, and operate equipment with precision, and safety. You will be responsible for operating heavy equipment effectively on commercial, residential, and road work sites.

Responsibilities:

- Operating Excavators, bulldozers and misc. heavy equipment
- Operate around underground and overhead utilities
- Read and follow site plans (knowledge in GPS is a plus)
- Maintain equipment, and report mechanical issues
- Work collaboratively with foreman, and all crew members

Qualifications:

- Prior operating experience.
- Strong understanding of the excavation industry
- Operating with safety
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Maintain a clean piece of equipment
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
- Mechanical knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate hand tools, and small equipment
- Follow directions, and work well with others
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Work outdoors in all various weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry heavy objects
- Past experience in the excavation industry is a plus

Requirements:

- reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver's license
- Can operate a truck and trailer (is a plus)
- Strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Excavation experience is preferred (but willing to train the right individual)
