🔥 JUST SOLD 🔥
I met my clients a year ago when they were looking for a rental. We stopped looking for a little bit but we kept touch as the months went by and then this year they reached out that they wanted to get pre approved for a loan because it just made more sense to buy. 🏡
When I say “everything happens for a reason” I truly mean that phrase. We looked at three houses on the first day and ended up going under contract on the first home we looked at. At the home inspection, we learned the oil tank was leaking in the crawl space and my clients wanted to back out along with getting their escrow deposit back. 🛠️
Two days later, we were back looking at house. On our way to this house we met at, we saw two bald Eagles the middle of the road. Both of my clients are in the military so it felt like a sign right off the bat. After looking at this house, in the most peaceful area with barely any neighbors, they knew this was the one. We ended up putting in an offer later that day and the seller accepted all of the terms. We asked for the seller to provide the passing well certificate, septic certificate, and to pay $9,000 towards their closing costs. 🦅
Today, my clients brought a check for $105.44 to the closing table today which is unheard of. Most people cannot say they bought a house for $105 but my clients can. I am so happy they put their trust in me during this whole process and let me negotiate on their behalf to put as little down as possible! 💸
