Congratulations to my amazing buyers, James & Blanche, on their new home! 🏡❤️

James, a disabled Air Force veteran, and Blanche came to me through a referral from a former neighbor and past client. We found the home within 2 days, won the offer within 4 days, changed lenders along the way, and still made it to closing in just 30 days! 🙌🏾

Everything was moving smoothly until settlement day threw us one BIG curveball—but we worked through it and GOT IT DONE! 💪🏾

Sometimes, all it takes is the right strategy, the right guidance, and a little faith.

Big day today 🙌🏾
We just got CLEARED TO CLOSE in Delran, NJ and we’re heading to the closing table at 3PM.
This one hits different.
I had the privilege of representing BOTH the buyer and the seller—and even more special, these are two high school friends of mine. Being able to help people you genuinely care about on BOTH sides of the deal… that’s what it’s all about.
