Interesting OFF MARKET deal came across my wifes desk. 11 units consisting of an 8 unit apartment building and a tri-plex in Westville NJ. 1.3M You can buy the LLC and keep the existing loan @4 point something percent. The equity buy out would be around 530k OR buy the buildings with a traditional bank loan 20-25% down rate. This is only being offered to those who will continue to use the current property manager.
