My client was looking for a specific home in a neighborhood where you don’t see listings pop up often, so we couldn’t list her home until we found the perfect house but we prepared photos and marketing ahead of time so that all we needed to do was hit that button in the MLS when we were ready. Once we found the perfect house, her listing went live and we received an over asking offer after 2 days that we negotiated a little higher to accommodate the buyer’s request for seller’s assistance. Luckily both transactions went smoothly to prevent delays.

Congrats to my investor and new Peruvian 🇵🇪 friend for his sale! This was one filled with creative solutions but we did it! We had a great time sharing experiences and working together.
