Join our team to work in a fast-paced and laid-back environment. Yes, those two things go together. You will support an office that runs several small businesses – a real estate investment and rehabilitation company, an egress window installation and boutique general contractor, and a rental management company. We are a group of motivated and fun-loving individuals who work and play hard.
The three main responsibilities are receptionist/personal assistant, ordering construction supplies and materials, and developing a social media presence. There is also an opportunity to assist with marketing campaigns as time allows.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is detailed oriented and precise. They must be able to figure out when to use google and when to ask questions!
A typical day would be spent - answering phones, emails, text messages, and private messages on social media. All info is entered into the customer database and project management system with follow-up action assigned to the appropriate person. When the phone isn’t ringing the person will be ordering materials and scheduling deliveries. All the orders are placed, deliveries scheduled and the phone isn’t ringing? Finish out the day updating social media accounts with photos of recent jobs.
