These are going up quickly. There are currently over 20 extremely close to completion. This photo must’ve been taken in the spring. For those asking, these homes are located in the Wilton’s Corner Development off of Berlin Cross Keys Rd. in Sicklerville, NJ. They’re in Camden County, Winslow Township. The amenities in the development include an Olympic sized swimming pool, a kiddie pool, at least 3 playgrounds, a walking/biking trail, three tennis courts, a volleyball court, a pond with water features, etc…
That being said, if anyone is interested in possibly buying one of these townhouses, don’t go unrepresented and deal with the agent working for the seller.
