Many buyers are approaching today's market with expectations based on what worked years ago. Higher home prices, changing mortgage rates, shifting inventory levels, and new financing options have created a different landscape than previous generations experienced.

When sellers move out of a home that they raised a family in and move out of state to begin a new chapter of their lives, it's just as bitter sweet for me as it is for them because the relationships I form with my clients doesn't disappear as soon as settlement is over. Even when a client begins as a stranger, they always become a friend. I say that all the time in my posts and it is 100% true.

Congratulations to my sellers and the new owners of 2171 Stanton Avenue! It was a great transaction from beginning to end with a great new couple purchasing the home and their agent was a pleasure to work with.
