I am Kim Harwood, with Harwood Real Estate in Tuscaloosa, AL. I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa and raised my family here as well. I am married to Richard and we have three children (Taylor, Madison, and Sam). Richard and I are both "Hunny" and "Happy" to Charlie, Bennett, and Lou Lou - the three cutest humans on earth! Some people just are and I am one of those people. I have worked for over 30 years for families. I taught school, opened a school, and sold a school so I know how to run a business. With my past experiences, being a real estate agent just made sense for me. Trust is HUGE in what I do. Homes - in most cases - are the biggest investment people will make. I know what it is like to need a dollar, earn a dollar, and what it is like to finally be able to spend that dollar. That is why helping my clients make the right choice is the only option and my biggest priority. Real Estate has truly become a passion for me. Building relationships with clients is one of my favorite aspects of the entire process. I feel like I have a gift of intuition with people and families.
