A new home for Kappa Delta at Mississippi State University. Nearly 22,000 square feet on 4 floors, 59 beds. Fall 2026 occupancy. Another Kalos Group Project in conjunction with WBA Architecture.

Updated photos from the column repair project which adds years to this client facility. While we love building sparkling new facilities, repairing older ones is just as important and provides a cost effective alternative for many locations.

In addition to planning, building, and managing beautiful properties for our clients, we also help maintain aging properties. This is a photo of a portion of a concrete column that is deteriorating in the harsh Florida climate. Our contractor is sandblasting, priming exposed rebar and will repair the columns as needed. This project will add years to the life of the columns and the house they support allowing the owner to make plans for their ultimate replacement. Not everything we do is beautiful or Kalos in Greek, but we also provide needed 'support' for all of our customers and their properties.
