Based on trends and current data, the best chance of a storm becoming severe Friday afternoon & Friday night will be along and south of HWY 80 (Demopolis to Selma). While a severe storm can’t be ruled out north of there, the heavy rain will keep the air mostly stable. If this changes, I will let you know.

Let’s keep an eye on flooding, especially where the heavier band sets up. Some of you will receive 3” to 4” of rain!
