There is something special about helping first time homebuyers, and this was no exception. 🤍

This sweet family wanted a home in Northside, but our market has proved time and time again that homes in this price range often go under contract within days (sometimes the same day) of being listed.

They were preapproved and ready to go when this home popped up Memorial Day weekend. We didn’t let the holiday delay our timeline and Memorial Day morning, we went for a showing. By sunset, we had a contract on the house! 🏠

It was a smooth 28 days to closing and they are now enjoying their new home! 🔑
