I used to think that being “the busiest agent” was the ultimate goal.

But I’ve learned that being the most present for my clients is far more valuable.

Clients don’t just want someone who can get the job done, they want someone who’s fully in it with them, who notices the details, who takes the time to explain, and who’s not rushing to the next showing.

That’s what I aim to give every single person I work with.

Because to me, it’s not about the number of transactions I close each year, it’s about the quality of the experience for every single one of my clients. I’ll never take for granted when somebody trusts me to guide them through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.

If you’re new or if you haven’t had a lot of transactions this year, this post is a great way to build trust with your community and let them know what kind of service you provide. People don’t care if an agent has done 30+ transactions this year, they just care about how they will be treated by the agent they decide to hire.
