WHAT 👏 A👏 DAY👏

Some closings are easy… and then there are the ones that make you WORK for that closing table. 😅

This property was a tough one, with a lot of moving parts and more than its fair share of obstacles along the way. But these buyers hung in there with me, trusted the process, trusted their lender, and refused to give up.

I appreciate them more than they will ever know. Somewhere along the way, they stopped feeling like clients and became friends💜

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Chris Hoehn with Novus Mortgage. When I say this man made MIRACLES happen, I mean it. 🙌 There simply aren’t enough “thank yous” for the work, patience, and problem-solving he put into getting this one across the finish line.
