These are my top three topics you need to consider before purchasing a home:

1. Improving Your Credit - Since credit is used in everyday society it only makes sense it’ll make a huge impact when purchasing a home.

2. Saving Up For A Down Payment - Yes there are programs out there that allow little to no money down but to be safe, store some money in order to fund a larger down payment as well as to cover closing costs.

3. Pat Off Any Debt - Large amount of credit card debt or student loans will sadly affect your purchasing amount, it would be a wiser choice to completely pay off those type of debt in order to take fully advantage of your loan amount.
