Fun, long trip out to Arkansas to see family. Wedding in Fayetteville, finally made it to Bentonville for good food, mountain biking and crystal bridges museum. Then drove 3.5 hours to the lake house. Good times!

Well … have you heard we have an inventory crisis?!? That won’t be changing anytime soon, but demand is still strong! Not to mention rates have dropped from a national avg peak of 8% in October to around 6.75% today, and the Fed has teased that further rate drops may be coming in 2024. The question remains, at what rate will the some 90% of homeowners with sub 6 rates be ready to post that “for sale” sign in the front yard. Curious to find out more?
