This past week, Randy Mason, the current Southern California CCIM chapter president, and his vice president, Nita P, attended the 2014 CCIM Spring Convention in Nashville Tennessee representing the Greater Southern California Chapter. He attended many committee meetings, met new people and continued to develop relationships with other CCIM colleagues.

Today's CCIM Lunch program was a Commercial Real Estate Lender Panel. Topics discussed were changes in CMBS financing, SBA loan programs, bridge, mezzanine and construction lending programs and predictions on interest rates. Panelists included Art Armas, Orange County's Credit Union; Greg Brown, HFF; and Melanie Smith, City National Bank. Next month's luncheon topic: "Protecting Your Commission."
