The Active Inventory in Orange County has eclipsed 6,000 homes for the first time since October 2016, and it is continuing to grow. After starting with a paltry 3,397 homes on Jan 1, 2018, the inventory has increased by 77%. Last year's peak was reached in July at 5,983. The market is definitely different in 2018.

The Active Listing Inventory in Orange County is experiencing the largest Spring Market increase since 2008. From April to today, it grew by 24%, more than 1,100 homes. Year-over-year there are more homes on the market, ending a 20-month trend of fewer homes. The housing market is changing.
