Here’s what you will be doing as our amazing Executive Assistant:
Prepare new client documents (Insurance and Investment).
File and organize client documents.
Answer e-mails and correspondence.
Update, review and follow up.
Monitoring progress towards team targets.
Assist new licensed agents and ensure all paperwork, software and licenses are in good standing.
Organize and file tax receipts on a weekly basis.
Book flights and hotels.
Coordinate with team on organizing events.
