Today starts Day 1 of my Layoff! I am sad to say yesterday I was laid off my job at New American Funding, due to the elimination of the Jr LO program nationwide. Many of you know I have been in this industry for 22 years! I got my loan license First in 2013, but kept getting sucked in by what I knew, ! Then in 2021 when I was laid off my job, I decided to get my loan license; I’ve been wanting to make the leap since 2013, and the opportunity presented itself, so I did it, and I’ve been loving it, it’s about building relationships, it’s not just a transaction to me, I want to be the borrowers trusted advisor/friend for life!!
I was blessed to have made some great connections in my short time at NAF with clients, and I am so thankful for that!
I have been through the downfall of 2008, this is cyclical and I know this too shall pass! In these 22 years I have grown as a person, in my skills and in my ways to make it through. It isn’t easy by any means, but I have GOD, an amazing husband and strong family support system!
As I start my journey to look for work, or other opportunities that present themselves, I will TRUST in God, even when it is hard! I will try to let go and let god, (we all know I’m a bit of a controller😆) BUT, I know his plan is so much greater than mine!
With each hurdle I become stronger in my faith!
If you are looking to purchase a home, don’t be afraid of these rates!!
date the rate, marry the house! It is always better to buy then rent!!! Reach out and I would certainly love to help you, in whatever way I can. I can talk to you about loan options out there, talk you through the escrow, closing process and hey, I am also a licensed CA Real Estate Agent since 2007
Love you, mean it!
