Just when we were about to finish with our project, we were told that there was low water pressure. We decided to replace the old pipe to a 1 ” pipe from meter to shut off valve approximately 75’ to front of the house and also adding a pressure regulator.
This is the reason why having high standards, being able to find and evaluate off market deals with high margins is the only way to invest in real estate.
