Small problems can become big problems.

A dripping faucet, a strange furnace noise, a small water stain, or something that just doesn't seem quite right might not feel urgent—but letting us know early can make a big difference.

One thing we especially want tenants to remember: you don't need to diagnose the problem or downplay it. Tell us what you're seeing, hearing, or experiencing, and we'll take it from there.

Our vendors will assess the issue and let us know what they find, so there's no benefit to hiding or minimizing a problem. And if something else comes up while a vendor is at your property, please let us know rather than asking them to complete additional work—we need to authorize repairs before they can be performed.

A little communication upfront can help prevent a much bigger headache later.

Novich Property Management will be closed Wednesday, July 1 through Sunday, July 5 as we take some time to enjoy the holiday weekend with family and friends.

We'll return to regular business hours on Monday, July 6. As always, maintenance emergencies can still be reported through the tenant portal.
