I’m very proud of it, but I’m not sure I’ll make a habit out of it 😉😂

During the slower season, you have a couple options. One, drop prices. Two, renovate!

Winter is the perfect time to get those much needed repairs done, but also, upgrade your space when possible!

Just Helped Another New Airbnb Host Get Up and Running!

Starting an Airbnb can feel overwhelming, especially when you're not sure where to begin. I recently had the pleasure of helping a new host with zero experience get her listing off the ground. She had questions like:

What style of furnishings should I choose?
What supplies do I need to stock the house with?
How do I set up my Airbnb listing to attract guests?

I follow several host groups on Facebook, and keeping their listings clean and stocked with supplies is one of the biggest challenges they face.
