Raised in a ‘Real Estate family’ with parents Herkie and Frances Alves, John is a well-established Real Estate Agent in Twin Falls, Idaho. Growing up in Buhl, Idaho on a dairy farm he started working at 8 years old molding his future and acquiring a lifelong, strong work ethic. Graduating from Buhl High School in 2006 and furthering his education at College of Southern Idaho in agriculture, his ca

reer took him towards custom farming. While his passion started in dairies and custom farming, it gradually evolved into Real Estate. John married in April 2016 to his beautiful wife, Sarah, and together they have an active and charming son in 2017and a sweet and sassy girl in 2020. John's love for real estate started with helping buyers and sellers. As time went on, John started working with real estate investors of all different types: flippers, wholesalers, landlords, etc. As the number of investors in his clientele grew, his property management portfolio grew as well as his own number of personal doors owned. Because of this, John comes to his clients with an extensive knowledge of not just real estate and the local market but also family wealth through real estates, economics and several types of real estate investing. Being a family-oriented agent, he is happy to assist you in buying, selling, or investing in Real Estate and helping your family build family wealth through real estate.
