Q3: How do I apply? A3: To apply, simply visit our website www.votoapartments.com and find the floorplan that you want to apply for. Then select a unit, a move in date, and a lease term length. From there, you can start filling out an application. Once you’ve completed the application and paid the required fees, our team will be notified and will begin processing your application. Q4: Who can I talk to about collaborating with my business? A4: The best way to start collaborating with us would be to reach out to Justin at [email protected]. He handles our VOTOSocial/VOTOPerks programs for the residents as well as local businesses and can provide you with additional details. A5: We are a pet friendly community and allow residents to have up to two pets in their home, with a total pet weight limit of 50 pounds per apartment. There is an initial pet fee of $250 for the first pet, and an additional $150 pet fee for a second pet. There is a monthly rent fee of $35 per dog, but no rent fee for cats. Additionally, all dogs registered with the property need to be enrolled with our PooPrint DNA Registry to help us maintain a waste free community. If you have a certified ESA or Service Animal, there are no weight restrictions and you are not responsible for paying the pet fees or premium for that animal specifically.
