If you haven’t noticed, our buildings are getting a fresh exterior paint job this off-season. It’s looking good! Stay tuned for more pictures when the job is finished. And coming soon… new pool furniture!

The pool is open! And it looks great! The interior painting is nearing completion. It’s bright and cheery and says welcome to the beach!

It looks like the dune erosion on our north end will finally be addressed... it can't come soon enough!

We are eagerly awaiting the completion of a couple of major projects. We will have a fully renovated pool for the 2025 season. And our interior hallways, trim, and doorways are getting a bright new paint job. The goal is for our owners and guests to get that “Welcome to the beach” feel when they arrive.
These are the “before” pics and we can’t wait to see the “after” ones!
