🐚 Welcome to Palmetto Breeze: Beach access is at the end of the street. No crossing Butler, no loading up the car, no hunting for parking. Grab your chair and go, then rinse off at the outdoor shower on the way back in.

That is the whole case for this one, and everything else is a bonus. Two kitchens, so you can prep in one and cook in the other. Two living areas and two dining areas, which is why groups of ten actually work here. Four bedrooms across two levels, three of them king.

The wrap-around screened porch is where everyone lands, with a table for six at one end and space to spread out at the other. There is a sun deck with loungers too, and four off-street parking spaces. Mid Beach, so the market and the restaurants are a short walk or a quick ride.

A 1920 Tybee Strand Cottage designed by preservationist Jane Coslick with 14' ceilings, transom windows, original hardwood floors, and a claw foot tub that's stuck around since the beginning. Four bedrooms sleep 10, including a built-in bunk room with reading lights for every bed, and a wraparound porch holds a bed of its own for whoever needs an afternoon nap.
