3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1350 square foot condominium, located in the Brass Rail Villas on Tybee Island Georgia. Tybee Island is only a 20 minute drive from Savannah. The Brass Rail is a gated community with two pools, hot tub, cabana and only 100 yards from the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the patio which overlooks one of the pools. The villa is within walking distance

to the beach, area restaurants, shopping and the Tybee Pier. The family room has flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa and love seat. The unit has hardwood and tile floors throughout. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is well-equipped. Dining table seats 6 and breakfast bar has 4 stools. Master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV, garden tub, separate shower and his and her vanities. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has (2) twin beds. Two covered, reserved parking spaces are provided. Elevator (and stair!) access from parking area directly to the unit. Equipped with full size washer and dryer, local phone service and wireless internet. No pets. No smoking. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Rates (Excluding Holidays):

March 1 through Labor Day:
Nightly: $300 (three night minimum) + $150 cleaning fee
Weekly: $1800 (Sat to Sat) + $150 cleaning fee

Labor Day through February 28:
Nightly: $200 (three night minimum) + $150 cleaning fee
Weekly: $1200 (Sat to Sat) + $150 cleaning fee

Holiday Rates (St. Pat's, Beach Bum, 4th of July, Labor Day and Pirate Fest):
Nightly: $400 (three night minimum) + $150 cleaning fee
Weekly: $2400 (Sat to Sat) + $150 cleaning fee

13% state and local taxes added to all stays

Happy New Year everyone and best wishes for a better 2021! Just a bit of good news to start the year. Right whales are very endangered. There are only about a hundred females left in the world capable of reproducing. Every winter they travel up to a thousand miles to our southern coast to calve. So far four babies have been spotted! Wonderful. I have attached a picture of one mother and baby.
