SBRC IS NOW A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX ...You may not smoke in any of the common areas ... grounds, parking lot, pool, hallways, stairs, etc. Many owners allow smoking on their decks but not in their condos. Please ask ! Those who are allowed to smoke on the decks are responsible for having a method of disposing of cigarette butts that does not include throwing them over the deck.

NOTICE ... Be advised that SBRC is now a smoke-free complex. This means there is no smoking in the common areas - at the pool - tennis courts - on the grounds or in the hallways of the buildings. Smoking is not allowed in most of the condos. Most allow smoking on the decks but you should ask to be sure, in advance..

SBRC dodged Dorian ... or Dorian dodged us. Either way is good. There is no damage to SBRC other than trash throughout the parking lot and a downed parking lot light post. We are feeling blessed this morning but still praying for the rest of the east coast. Dorian is not done.

We have an unusual critter (for us) wandering in the dunes today. We're pretty sure it's an Otter. 'Sources' say they have been seen in the Chimney Creek area. One suggested it's possibly a mink but it looks like the web feet win the debate for the otter.
