A little late posting, but
DOUBLE HEADER CLOSING!! 🏡🏡🔑

Selina is actually my hairstylist so when she first reached out to me about real estate, I was genuinely so flattered. I know I can’t be the only Realtor who has ever sat in her chair 😂 so the fact that she felt comfortable enough to reach out to me and trust me with such a big decision really meant a lot!

When she reached out, selling their house wasn’t necessarily the plan. There was ONE house that she and Blake were interested in, and if we couldn’t make that one work, they really weren’t interested in listing.

The sellers weren’t willing to accept a contingent offer, so we decided to take a chance and list their house anyway, hoping everything would line up. And somehow, it did!! Within two weeks, we received an offer worth accepting and officially got the ball rolling.

Two days ago, Selina and Blake officially sold both their old home AND closed on their new one! We were even able to secure about a week and a half of extra time in their old house, giving them some breathing room to move without the dreaded same day closing and move out scramble 🙌🏻

They jokingly referred to themselves as “real estate babies” throughout the process 😂 but truly they were SO great to work with and trusted me every step of the way.

And a huge thank you to Kaitlyn Woodell - The Mortgage House for helping us make all the moving pieces work and getting this one across the finish line!

Congratulations to Darryl & Tyann on closing on their 10 acres in Winnsboro! Between the cozy little house, the beautiful drive, and all the room to grow, I can’t wait to see the life they build here. It’s the kind of place where their son will have plenty of room to explore, play, and make memories.

This one wasn’t the easiest. After two months under contract and a few hurdles along the way, we finally made it to the finish line. A little patience (and a lot of teamwork) goes a long way.

So thankful I got to help y’all find a place to call home. Congratulations again and thank you so much for trusting me through the process!! 🤩🌲
