Groundbreaking on W Cumberland Road!

We’re officially underway on a new office building for Ark Assurance Group. Site work is in progress, with grading and pad preparation being finalized as we prepare for the slab pour.

This phase may not be the most visible, but it’s one of the most critical. Proper dirt work and elevation set the standard for everything that follows. Precision at this stage ensures long-term performance and stability for the structure.

Over the coming weeks, the transformation will become more apparent as the building moves from site work to vertical construction. We look forward to sharing the progression as this project develops!

Construction continues to move forward on our second retail building on Old Jacksonville Highway in Tyler, TX!

The white stone façade is beginning to define the exterior as the masons prepare to transition to brick for the remainder of the façade, matching the first building next door.

Interior build-outs for Likewise Coffee Roasters and The Pilates District TX are also progressing, with each tenant space taking shape according to the client’s layout and finish selections. Every suite reflects a distinct vision, and it’s been a privilege to help bring those plans to life within one cohesive building.

We’re grateful for the team driving this project forward and the clients who have trusted us with their spaces. This building is quickly becoming a strong addition to the corridor, and we’re excited to see it fully operational in the months ahead.

Today we met with our client and architect to get closer to launching an exciting new project - a 40,000-square-foot bazaar remodel.

There’s something special about taking an existing building and breathing new life into it. This space has incredible potential, and we’re honored to help shape what it becomes.

Progress continues at Three Lakes in Tyler, TX as we move toward a projected completion at the end of March.

From the precision of the stonework to the clean lines of the roof and façade, the building is beginning to fully reflect the original vision. What started as drawings and elevations is now taking shape as a functional office space designed to serve businesses and the surrounding South Tyler community.

It’s been a privilege to work alongside a great client on this project and help bring their vision to life. Strong collaboration always makes for a stronger end product, and this building is a reflection of that partnership.
