QUALIFICATIONS
~Bachelor’s degree in surveying or Associate’s degree with 2 years experience, geomatics, mapping, geographic information science, mathematics, civil engineering, or another applicable science or technical field preferred.
~Current Texas Surveyor-in-Training certification, eligibility to obtain SIT certification, or a demonstrated commitment to completing the education, examination, and experience requirements for professional registration.
~Familiarity with CAD software such as Carlson.
~Basic understanding of GIS applications like ArcGIS and GPS surveying techniques.
~Knowledge of surveying equipment operation including total stations and GPS units.
~Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret schematics and construction plans accurately.
~Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting survey findings clearly.
~Prior experience or coursework related to land surveying or civil engineering projects.
~Strong customer service skills.

The new location will be built at 3690 Robertson Avenue S, near the busy intersection of SW Loop 323 and Earl Campbell Parkway. The project involves the ground-up construction of a sprawling 55,000-square-foot commercial retail building. As a major regional development, the project carries a significant estimated investment of $6 million.

Construction is scheduled to begin on November 3, 2026, with completion targeted for March 2, 2027.

This development will bring a massive new destination for sporting goods, outdoor gear, and athletic apparel to the local community!
