William Booth Apartments, located at 601 Golden Rd and has 132 ground level accessible units and a central laundry room. Each unit is approximately 550 sq.feet One bedroom, full kitchen,wall to wall carpet central heat and air, and is wired for cable service. Residents pay for their own electricity, gas, cable, and phone. Water, sewage, trash and monthly pest control are provided at no charge. Catherine Booth Garden Apartments of Tyler, located at 602 Golden Rd. with 71 One bedroom units inside a beautiful, three story building, a convenient laundry room on each floor. Each 1 bedroom all electric unit is approximately 550 sq feet, full kitchen, wall to wall carpet, remote controlled air and heating and is wired for cable service. Resident pays their own electricity, cable and phone.
