From Class to Closing to Big Sister! Yesterday was a special day from start to finish 🤩

Lightbulbs truly went off during the Beyond the Price: Understanding Incentives and Qualifying My Buyer CE class and I’m EXCITED about how their businesses are going to another level.

This closing was special because we worked together for over a year. There were many moments when it didn’t look possible or impatience tried to settle in.

BUT, we kept his eyes on the bigger mission: a bigger home so he had more space for his family.

He was able to build a 3,200 sq ft home from the ground up AND was eligible for a down payment program and closing costs paid thanks to DHI!

You already know I’m excited to welcome him the Locust Grove, GA family 🥳🙌🏽

And then wrapped up the night lowkey freaking out letting my brother drive us to Target 😂 Your girl was TIRED! He did a great job!!
