This neighborhood of new homes for sale adjacent to Prince William Forest Park offers an exciting array of sophisticated and distinctive single-family homes in a charming wooded setting. The options that stood out the most to me when walking in from the mud room were the coffered ceilings, waterfall island, and the huge sunroom 😍
