The KLNB team came together at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville for our annual All Company Meeting! 👏

It’s always great to bring our brokers and staff together from across our offices to connect, share updates, and learn more about what’s ahead for KLNB.

Throughout the meeting, we heard insightful presentations highlighting important company updates, industry trends, and how KLNB continues to evolve. One of the key topics was artificial intelligence, with our AI Committee sharing how we’re embracing AI and utilizing new technologies to enhance our business and shape the future of KLNB.

KLNB's Scott Mendelson and Zack Baskin recently joined fellow co-hosts Ryan Copenhaver, Gautam Gupta, Jon R. Bartlett, and Dean Nordlinger for an evening of networking with approximately 25 GovCon C-suite executives in Leesburg, VA. 🍻

The evening kicked off at Dream Spirits, where guests had the opportunity to hear from owner Prav about his journey building the distillery while enjoying a bourbon tasting. The group then headed to Hotel Burg in downtown Leesburg for appetizers, drinks, and continued conversation.

It was a great opportunity to connect with leaders in the GovCon community, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships outside of the office.

Another incredible year of Shooting with Chefs! 👏
 
KLNB was proud to co-host the 14th Annual Shooting with Chefs at Summit Point Motorsports Park , bringing together attendees, sponsors, chefs, and volunteers for another unforgettable day of exciting experiences, incredible food, and giving back to our community.
 
This year’s event featured an action-packed lineup of activities, including tactical driving and shoot house, an exotic car experience, axe throwing, shooting range, and Land Rover off-roading. Attendees also enjoyed an incredible culinary experience made possible by talented chefs and restaurant partners from across the DMV.
 
While the day was filled with excitement, the true purpose of Shooting with Chefs remains its commitment to making a difference. Proceeds from the event supported So What Else and the Wilt Family, continuing to honor the legacy of the event’s original founder, the late Jason Wilt . 
 
Led by KLNB’s Scott Mendelson and William Rothwell of Capital Bank, Shooting with Chefs continues to bring our community together in support of two meaningful causes.
 
A huge thank you to Larry Connolly and the Summit Point team, our amazing chefs and restaurant partners, generous sponsors, range officers, volunteers, and the KLNB team for helping make this year’s event another success!

KLNB spent a beautiful fall morning volunteering at the JK Community Farm in Purcellville, VA. We harvested close to 1,000 pounds of peppers and got our hands dirty to support the farm’s work in the community. 🫑 We ended the day by helping load a truck for Food for Others, a local organization that obtains and distributes free food to the hungry of Northern Virginia and supports food programs of other community-based organizations.

We’re always grateful for opportunities to step outside the office, work together, and give back to the communities we serve. A big thank you to the JK Community Farm team for having us and for all they do! 👏
