After a couple of long weekends, all rooms in the house have a fresh coat of paint. Next week the new vinyl flooring will be installed. Then to top it off there will be new carpeting throughout. This wonderful old house is sweeter than its ever been. I almost don't want to leave. It will be ready for occupancy in July. If you are interested let me know. I will be advertising in a week or two.
