Congrats to my buyer on officially closing on their first home today 🙌🏼

A little story behind it…
He DID not even want to go see the property because of the discouragement from the market in the last year for buyers putting in multiple offers and constantly being let down. I said “hey let’s just go check it out, what do we have to lose?”
When offering time came, he said “I don’t want to waste your time”. ( looking at houses should never be a waste of time, that’s our job as a realtor!)

We put the offer in, and here we are today…48 days later and he’s officially a home owner.

Point to my story is, the only time you can ever really fail is if you don’t try. 💫

Dear sellers,
This goes a long way! Make sure people can picture themselves in your home. Get rid of as many personal items as possible and make it feel like it can be a home! 🏡 (Aesthetically pleasing). Remember GOOD first impressions go much further than BAD.

Attended my first day of kindergarten today, backpack and all.

First day at a new beginning. Grateful for all of my past real estate experiences and looking forward to my future ones.

East Lyme day with my best friends💗

College is where everyone seems to make their lifetime best friends, but college was never in the cards for me so I met my lifers working at a nightclub.

People used to say “what are you going to work in the club for the rest of your life” to all of us, little did they know we were saving that money to invest in ourselves rather than having to count on corporate America to do it.

Now you’re looking at a few bottle servers,that everyone downplayed, turned self made entrepreneurs. ✨

Moral of the story, not everyone has to understand your journey but make sure that you show off your success so they can celebrate THAT PART after judging you 🥂
