477 Hope Furnace Rd in Coventry is officially CLOSED 🎉

I’m not saying this one tested my mental stability… but let’s just say it earned a permanent spot in my “war stories” file 😅

This transaction came with hurdles, delays, moving parts, and a few deep breaths along the way, but strong communication and teamwork got us to the finish line.

Huge shoutout to with Real Broker, LLC. Working together was seamless, communication was fantastic, and when challenges popped up (because of course they did), we tackled them head-on.

Now the BEST part 👇
I am beyond excited for my VA 🇺🇸 buyers. We negotiated a credit AND the sellers paid off the solar loan in full 🙌 AND took care of the septic 🙏

That’s not just a win… that’s a monthly payment game-changer.
