Remember folks when you rent off us you have to know the law a subject came up about emotional support animals and support animals there is a difference. Here is Indiana law highlighted in green. You cannot just say your dog or animal is a support animal without proper documentation and certification. And please do not try to rent a property office if you choose to then bring in a so-called service and more afterwards and not expect us to end the lease without proper documentation.

I have a few units open one is a studio apartment it will be ready on the 10th it’s $600 a month everything included with a $200 nonrefundable deposit no pets allowed children OK,,,it has a separate kitchen separate bathroom ,,, Now this add is for three rooms upstairs in the same house that is communicable living where everybody shares the same kitchen and bathroom you get a small kitchenette style in your 1 of the 3 rooms with a microwave coffee pot just like a hotel and a full-size fridge in your room with TV mounted to the wall with Netflix Hulu and deluxe cable and Wi-Fi that’s $100 per week or $400 a monthWith me $100 nonrefundable deposit for cleaning purposes. This is a shared space rooms for rent all electric heat gas and deluxe cable and Wi-Fi are free this is cheaper than any motel you will ever rent,,, in the upstairs of this home. each room will have a microwave and one cabinet ,, there is a large color TV with a Roko stick activated on each wall free of charge. Netflix Hulu and spectrum cable and Wi-Fi included.there is no living room space that is shared there is a bathroom and shower that is nice and large with bathroom sink you may use the stove and the cabinets in the shared kitchen when available please be respectful. As it is shared and there’s three rooms for rent. Full size fridge in each room these are brand new fridges from Lowe’s . These are full size refrigerators.It’s $100 per week with $100 nonrefundable deposit for cleaning One time fee for the entire time you were there we don’t charge $100 each month for a cleaning fee ,,,no pets ,,,no children ,,,this will be for 1 to 2 people per room only you are not allowed to sublease and every tenant Will be required to show proof of job or Social Security earnings we do not except HUDD,,, no drugs ,,,if you smoke ci******es you must smoke outside this is an upstairs unita,,, these will it be available for rent on November 10 or sooner Read Less

We will have a single room large bedroom large family room  what is it,,,bathroom and kitchen are good size ,,,,800 ft.² in total apartment ready for rent here in about 30 days. $660 a month everything included you have Wi-Fi cable package through Roku if you do not have a Roku we will lend you one. Also we have a cable package with fire stick Netflix Hulu included in this deal. Only one or two person no children will talk about pets and the deposit when we see the pet,,,, I will be posting pictures up soon total move-in is $1000. We do week by week or every two weeks there is no month-to-month. it’s $165 per week or if you pay for two weeks it’s and $330 every two weeks.

This is a notice after the evection was finalized your cousin message me for an hour asking for your family heirlooms of $25 worth of tables and chairs. After you guys then that night came on the porch taking most of it here’s what’s left please do not come back on the property this message is for Brandon Julian and everyone that lived in their house curb alert every other landlord would just toss it away. I was nice enough to gather up your stuff and set it on the curb this concludes this deal.
