Sold for $1.750M!

This one was also a bit of a challenge due to the static state of the market when we came on - however, with a little old school real estate ‘elbow grease’ (boots on the ground door knocking the entire neighborhood, consistent open houses, constant follow up with leads, and countless conversations), I was able to get this one in contract and sold above the list price while other listings in the neighborhood sat (some of which are still on the market!). I’m thrilled to announce that my listing / our Union City project is now SOLD & CLOSED!

Sold for $1.668M!

This was a bit of a tricky one - after having to overcome a number of unforeseen hurdles caused by an initial unsuccessful listing by another brokerage, I was able to step in and get it successfully sold! And, despite those initial challenges, I still consider this to be a great flip project - and, I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall results.
