JUST SOLD 🏡✨
This wasn’t your average sale — this one took heart, hustle, and a lot of patience.
When I first connected with this family, they were stuck. A missing trustee document had frozen everything. No one could legally move forward.
So we got to work:

⚖️ Found an attorney to help appoint a court-assigned trustee
🛠️ Prepped a home that needed major work to bring it to market
✅ And finally… we closed.
