Wow! It's been a while since I've posted here! :) All has been well, just plugging along with our rentals. :)

Here's a funny, we are in church the other night, and a tenant calls. Todd texts them back that we are in church, asking if it's an emergency, or can he call her back after?
She responds and says, "well it kind of is, someone stole my garbage can"

two inspections today went well, and signing a lease tomorrow for Chippewa. This is the longest it has ever taken for us to rent a property, and pretty sure we turned more people down for this property, then we have in the past 6 years combined. Glad we will have a nice tenant in before the holidays.

another open house today at one of our rentals. Have not had good luck with applicants on this property…But not compromising and waiting for a quality tenant..Hopefully we find one today!

Heading to the bank this morning to fill out a dispute form. Apparently someone thought they could use our routing number to go to LA Fitness in Bloomfield and spend $198.... Always a nice start to the day, after a kind of craptastic week. It can only get better though!! 😄
