“We have seen recently that Zillow has changed their data feed to an (IDX) feed Internet Data Exchange feed. That means that Zillow DOES NOT have to display you as the listing agent (they have to display the brokerage name). This also means that Zillow DOES NOT have to display Open Houses, Under Contract or Sold information. As Zillow takes on their own listings they can decide to show those listings first BEFORE your listings are displayed on their site.”

What is this mean?

For buyers!!! This means, from now on you will NOT be able to see all the inventory on Zillow.

So, please contact with me first so I can make you aware of everyting available on the market!!!
