August 2025 moment for life! Thank you to my amazing Clients for asking me to help them to purchase another property . When my clients came to me a couple of months ago and said I’m looking to purchase my second home, how can I make this happen? God did! Congratulations to my new client on purchasing her first HOME. When my client came to me, she explained that she put a bid on a property that she didn’t get. When she told me the address I had to let her know that I was the agent that represented the buyer that out bided her on that property she wanted LOL . ( you can’t even make this up) I was able to find her a property that was being built and put her under contract within a week of that conversation. God did it again! What a month it has been, of newness & excitement I was able to move my daughter into her dream college in August as well. Last year this time she was starting her senior year and to see her hard work paid off, brings me such joy getting it into the number one Historical BLACK College. September is my birthday month, I’m leveling up to another year. There is still time to get you in a property before the year is out reach out to me with any questions you may have or Real Estate needs let’s end this year strong. Believe in yourself, believe in your dreams, stay focus, move silently & do everything in Prayers!
