I am an AVE-ocate....
My Husband and I have been living at the AVE in King of Prussia for just over a year and absolutely LOVE everything about it. It feels like we are living at a high end resort with top notch amenities and stellar resident services. I decided to become a community ambassador in my own right (LOL) and figure out a way to give back to AVE for all of the great things that they do for us. I know that finding great tenants is a difficult task and that’s when I realized that I need to take advantage of this incredible win-win opportunity.
Ave offers Resident Referrals Rental Discounts for Us and the new tenant who signs up for a lease. I am not going to lie, this place is easy for me to promote and I wouldn’t mind getting a big rent discount for the remaining months that we are here!
I am even going to throw in a $100 Gift Card out of my own pocket if you book your sign your lease between August through October and if you sign up for a lease in July, I will purchase you a new flat screen TV (value $250)!!!!!!!
