CONGRATULATIONS goes out to my Buyers Christie and Doug Ivey, we closed on their KY Retirement Home yesterday!! SO happy we found a home so close to your family!!! Wam Bam Kazam...this was a quick one!

The Ivey's knew what they wanted! They were referred to me on June 2nd by a good friend...they came to town on June 5th and we viewed 12 homes in one day + wrote the offer and got it accepted all in that same day and closed 17 days later!!! We all stayed on top of every step and were able to get through all the processes ASAP!!! Great when things align like that! Great tag team effort by all Christie was here for the showings and Doug finished up with closing day!
