RXR and Korman Communities have secured $269 million in refinancing for , the recently completed 477-unit luxury multifamily development in downtown White Plains, New York. Provided by Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies and Canyon Partners Real Estate, the financing comes as the property nears full lease-up less than a year after opening, reflecting continued demand for transit-oriented housing in Westchester County. Located on the former White Plains Mall site, Hamilton Green features studio- to three-bedroom apartments alongside a range of amenities and direct access to Metro-North service into Manhattan.

RXR recently broke ground on AVE Station House, a 301-unit residential development in the city’s fast-growing RiNo Arts District in Denver, CO. Developed alongside Invest Development Partners, Halpern Real Estate Ventures, and Korman Communities, the project was originally planned as a mixed-use office and hotel development and has since been repositioned as residential in response to post-pandemic market shifts.

Set on a 1.2-acre site near the 38th and Blake transit stop, the $103.8 million development will deliver 301 apartments and 6,000 square feet of retail, positioning RXR at the forefront of Denver’s next phase of growth.

The evolution of the SoHo West neighborhood reached a new milestone with the launch of leasing at Radio Lofts, a thoughtfully reimagined adaptive reuse of a 1920s industrial landmark in Downtown Jersey City. Developed by RXR and Columbia Property Trust as part of the broader Hudson House collection, the 140-unit property offers a Tribeca-style living experience with some of the market’s largest and most flexible rental layouts, featuring 11.5-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and expansive windows—all while preserving the building’s historic character.

As development advances at the 1,100-acre mixed-use project in Apex, North Carolina, RXR is working in close partnership with the Town of Apex and regional stakeholders to deliver key infrastructure improvements supporting the project’s long-term growth. Upgrades along NC 55 are underway and expected to be completed ahead of first occupancy, reflecting coordinated public-private efforts to align surrounding infrastructure with the scale of the development. RXR also marked the groundbreaking of new industrial space within the master-planned community, which will include more than 1,000 planned homes, retail, and a children’s hospital, with over 200,000 square feet of industrial space now underway across multiple phases of development.

Global architecture and design firm is expanding and renewing its presence at RXR’s Building, where it has maintained its New York office for more than five years. The firm renewed its existing 10,158-square-foot lease for three years and added 6,500 square feet under a new seven-year term, bringing its total footprint to 16,658 square feet on the 14th floor of the Chelsea property at 601 W. 26th Street. Populous plans to unveil its expanded and renovated space later this fall, marking a continued investment in the building’s growing creative tenant community.

RXR saw continued leasing momentum at 590 Madison Avenue following its acquisition of the 43-story Midtown tower in August 2025, as tenant demand builds at the property. A platform company within the Apollo Global Management umbrella has signed a 10-year, nearly 50,000-square-foot lease across the 14th and 15th floors. The deal builds on Apollo’s prior commitment for nearly 100,000 square feet, reinforcing its long-term presence at the building.
